Kevin Lawrence, violin, Brooks Whitehouse, cello, Phillip Bush, piano.Lawrence Dillon’s Dirges and Danceswill be performed by the Black Mountain Trio (Kevin Lawrence, violin, Brooks Whitehouse, cello, and Phillip Bush, piano) as part of their concert on Sunday, August 30 - 3:00 PM at Home Moravian Church, 529 S. Church Street in Winston-Salem, North Carolina. The event will be presented by the Carolina Summer Music Festival and the Music@Home Concert Series.
The Trio, written in 1998, consists of three movements, Dirge-Fantasy on Two Notes, Scherzo and Rondo. The ensemble will also perform music by Beethoven and Dvorak.
