Richard Cameron-Wolfe's Lapis Lazuli and Sacre-Lege performed in Kiev, May 25th

Two works by Richard Cameron-Wolfe were performed on May 25, 2014 during the XXIV International Festival “Musical Premieres of the Season”, held at the Music Hall of the National Union of Composers in Kiev, Ukraine. His Lapis Lazuli (2000; for flute and piano was performed by Sergey Vilka and Vitaly Kyanitsya and his Sacre-lege (2013; for quintet, crafted entirely from musical materials in Stravinsky’s “Sacre”) was performed by Ensemble Sed Contra.
